About Zillion Star
Our Story
Zillion Star was founded in 2019 in Toronto, Ontario, by a team drawn from diverse backgrounds in finance, technology, operations, and compliance. We started with a clear observation: the digital economy was growing fast, but the professional services supporting it hadn't kept up.
Traditional accounting firms struggled with digital assets. Compliance consultants didn't always understand fintech business models. Offshore service providers rarely thought about data security. And technology vendors didn't speak the language of regulators.
We set out to bridge those gaps — building a firm that could serve businesses across the full spectrum of compliance, tax, global structuring, and technology infrastructure. Today, we work with clients across Canada and internationally, from early-stage fintechs to established funds and cross-border enterprises.
